She Of The Fire is a theatre company owned and created by women, focused on telling stories by and for women. Registered in 2017 the company debuted at the Olive Tree Theatre Festival in Alexandra, Johannesburg with two original works, Maid in Time and Period.These pieces went on to the Kopanong arts festival and the Emakhayeni Theatre in 2017. In 2018 they returned to the Kopanong Festival as performing for African Bank. In 2018 and 2019 She Of The Fire collaborated with Turning Into Flowers to create performance and digital work for the Fynbos Forum and the Mamre Flower Show in the Western Cape

Grace Barnes

Grace Barnes is a performer, choreographer, writer and spoken word artist. A Bachelor of Arts in Dramatic Arts graduate with her Honors in Dance Theatre Composition and Choreography. She has a wide interest in exploring the capacity of story-telling and movement through work that deals with the appropriation of the female body and the ways in which society views women through the male gaze. Her passion lies in contemporary performance and creating work that inspires, transpires, evokes and provokes change. She also has a love for teaching and inspiring young children and adults to realize their talents and gifts and was privileged to have the opportunity to teach Drama and Speech Skills for Performance in Beijing, China and is presently teaching.
Skye Michelle Gibson

Skye Michelle Gibson is a Joburg based performing artist and physical theatre performer. Her passions are storytelling and physical games. Skye is passionate about the arts in all forms. Her strengths lie in creating conceptual theatre that tackles social and political ills. As well as devised theatre that aims to create an experience that will fundamentally change the way the audience looks at the world. Skye’s inspiration to create work that helps, changes and affects people, because above all else she is a people’s person.
Tiffani Kayler Dlamini

Tiffani Cornwall is a Passionate Artist, Producer and Director based in Johannesburg, South Africa. She has an artistic background in theatre making and is passionate about all forms of art for women by women. Tiffani is encouraged to make work that challenges the status quo, evokes emotion and affects change. She has been privileged enough to associate produce her first feature film Zulu Wedding. Tiffani is also an environmentalist, herbalist and Yogi as well as the Face of an environmentally aware Project called Turning into flowers which focusses on the artistic and environmental conversation of the land and the people and how they interact with one another and what stories they tell.
